  • Designed novel tip/ tail attachment system with priority placed on simplicity, durability and field-repairability
  • Coordinated start-up of manufacturing at OEM factory in China

FastTraK2 Noodle Ski-Binding System (2010)

  • Product & process developed cooperatively with designers/stakeholders at offices in Norway, Germany, China & USA
  • Adhesive applied w/ 3-axis gantry robot & precision liquid dispensing equipment
  • Test development for all aspects of product, setting pass/fail criteria
  • Wrote manufacturing procedures for ski/binding plate bonding, including definition of measures & test procedures for incoming material, in-process &  finished goods QC processes
